until reversed on appeal by the Privy Council. The Executive has no authority to interfere with the decisions of the Supreme Court and I think the Consul has no right whatever to ask the Government to express

this decision is to hold that the

ran Ellis was not discharged. according to law :
If a report is required for the Secretary of State, it could be

tried the case, for I am without any accurate Knowledge of the facts .
